From initial concept to commissioning our expert team are able to offer a full service.
Your vision to enhance your processes can be realised with a full consultation visit
from one of our experienced and professional engineers.
We begin with an initial comprehensive appraisal of your requirements, taking into
consideration time, space and budget and follow it up with a tailor made solution in
the form of a written quotation.
Upon your instructions we produce drawings and your entire project is managed
by a dedicated engineer. In doing this we ensure that each system we design
and install is optimised with the benefits clearly demonstrated upon completion.
Our aims are: to set out a clear scope of work; agree specifications on performance; establish feasibility where existing systems are being modified; highlight any
changes to legislation or exposure limits; ensure compliance; and always be
able to review best available techniques.
A team of experienced engineers carry out the installation and commissioning of
your system. Our trained installation teams carry out the on-site works to suit
your working operation, ensuring minimum downtime or disruption.
ATEX Directive 94/9/EC is a European Directive that covers equipment and
protective systems for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. APS are
able to advise on ATEX and the requirements of the directives.
If your system uses any consumable parts we are able to supply these as
required at a competitive price.
Should your system include dust, fume or oil mist extraction then we also offer
comprehensive LEV Testing in accordance with COSHH Regulation 9 and HSE
HSG258. Our engineers are trained to P601 (Initial Appraisal and Thorough
Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems) which is a
BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) qualification. |
